What we collect

When you join the waitlist or apply as a partner: name, work email, company, the panel you use and your message. The server also logs IP address, date and requested page for security, kept for 14 days.

The site uses no cookies, no third-party analytics and no fonts or scripts loaded from other sites.

Why we use it

• to answer your request and send you access to the KoaVM trial (pre-contractual steps you asked for);
• to write to you about KoaVM, news and the founders offer, until you ask us to stop (legitimate interest towards business contacts; you can object at any time).

Who processes it for us

Vultr (website server, Frankfurt, EU) and Brevo (email delivery, EU), as data processors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long

Up to 24 months after the last contact, then we delete it. If you become a customer, the terms set by the contract and the law apply.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to privacy@koavm.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
