Addresses

The VPS Network box shows the IPv4 address, gateway, DNS and, if your plan includes it, the IPv6 address (with gateway fe80::1). They are already configured in the system: nothing to do.

If you bought extra IPs you see them under the IPv4 address: they are /32 addresses already configured in the VPS. If your program must send from one of them (a mail server, for example), set it as the source address in the program.

Reverse DNS

Reverse DNS (PTR) is the name returned when someone looks up your IP; it matters mostly for sending email. When available, the Network box has Change next to "Reverse DNS": type a full name (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com) that already points to your IP.

Traffic and speed

The Traffic box shows how much you used this month (in plus out) and how much the plan includes. The count resets on the first of the month. At 90% you get an email; if you go over the included traffic, depending on the plan, the speed is reduced or the VPS is suspended until next month. When the speed is reduced the page says so.

Suspended VPS

If the VPS is suspended (for example for a payment or for traffic) the page says so with the reason: the VPS is off and cannot be started. Contact support (the address is at the bottom of the menu) to have it reactivated.

Your account

In My account you change your panel password. Language (Italian or English) and light or dark theme are at the bottom of the menu.
